Conference Hotel
This year’s event will take place at the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites.
Please register for the conference first. After completing your registration, you will receive a receipt with information on how to reserve your room at the USATS group rate.
Important Registration Information
EMAIL: It is important that you provide the correct email address for receiving all conference confirmations, updates, and communications. This does not have to be the same email you use for your member login.
Please complete a separate registration form for each person attending the conference. Personal caregivers and children age 18 and under do not need to pay the registration fee, but a registration form must still be completed and they must be identified in the appropriate field.
Once your registration is complete and paid, you will receive instructions to reserve your room with the group rate. You may add up to two days before and/or two days after the conference at the group rate.
Important: If you are logged into the USATS website to register yourself and want to register a spouse/partner, please log out first by clicking your name in the top right corner of the page and selecting Log Out. You’ll need to create a new and separate membership for your spouse/partner. (The Associate Membership is Free.) Otherwise, your spouse may be registered under your name.
