USA Thalidomide Survivor Polo Shirts
This year’s 2026 Conference attendees have the option to purchase custom polo shirts featuring the US Thalidomide Survivors logo on the front.
Shirts will be distributed at the conference. At this time, they are available exclusively to registered attendees. You can order multiple shirts in whichever size you need.
We encourage wearing them during conference activities; however, they will not be worn during Capitol Hill visits.
- Easy-to-care-for blend: 50/50 cotton/poly
- 5.5-ounce
- Stain-release finish
- 1×1 rib knit collar and cuffs
- 3-button placket with dyed-to-match buttons.
- Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.

To order shirts, simply select your preferred size and quantity at the end of the registration form. The cost of the shirts will be automatically added to your registration fee, and your final total will be displayed before payment.

Measurements are in inches.
Body Length at Back: Measured from high point shoulder to finished hem at back.
Chest: Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.
Sleeve Length: Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.
