Conference Hotel

This year’s event will take place at the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites.

Please register for the conference first. After completing your registration, you will receive a receipt with information on how to reserve your room at the USATS group rate.

Once your registration is complete and paid, you will receive instructions to reserve your room with the group rate.

You may add up to two days before and/or two days after the conference at the group rate.

At the end of the registration form, select the quantity and size of the shirts you’d like to purchase. The total amount of the shirts will be added to the registration fee.

Shirts will be distributed at the conference. Only conference attendees can purchase shirts at this time.

Registering a Spouse/Partner

To register a spouse or partner, please follow these steps:

Complete your own registration first.
Once finished, log out of the USATS website by clicking your name
in the top right corner and selecting Log Out.
Create a new, separate membership for your spouse or partner.
- The Associate Membership is free.
- Register your spouse or partner using the same process you used for your own registration.

Please Note: Personal caregivers and children under age 18 do
not need separate memberships. However, their information must be
included in the primary member’s registration, including identification and contact
details. There is no registration fee for personal caregivers or children under 18.
